Is anyone else exhausted by the constant distractions, deception, lies and feeling that so much of what we’re told doesn’t match reality?

Sometimes it’s hard to be awake and aware and see the world for what it appears to be. It can feel isolating, lonely, frustrating, and even overwhelming. Yet despite that, I’d still rather live with open eyes than comfortably asleep, because awareness, even when it’s difficult, is a blessing that can’t be taken away.
