To love ❤️ is to free... any triggers we feel towards partners truly have nothing to do with them not even our own parents trauma which is literally what we are recreating because parents didn't actually intend to serve this to us either nor did their parents who put it into their identity nor theirs nor theirs it just is but it's not real only to those who think it's real or feel it's real but it's just not because there is no other there is no separation and even self is pretending to matter
