Manifestation of reality - Techniques - left hand / Non wiriting hand

I want to share a technique I am using to de program and anyone can easily do this .
Using left hand to write alphabet first by attaching a belief by visualization of what they want their new personality to be .
It's around the concept of pain is pleasure and pleasure is pain . Our brain can convert any pain to pleasure ( vice versa) with time .

It works because left hand ( if you are right handed person) is pain when you start writing . But any pain we take by time it converts to pleasure and hence new personality gets created with time . Attaching belief to why you take the pain to become left handed person create the new personality .

How to use the left hand
- Start to practise like when you did when you started learning to write in childhood : One alphabet at the time (1 to 3 pages depending on the task you have to do )
- Add the belief of why you are taking the pain (lets say you need to complete the work , remind that you are getting work done )

Also you can accelerate by writing with left hand before sleeping for changing your subconsious belief for creating new reality .

For example
Before sleep write with left hand / non writing hand add the timeline that you want to see for next day
- Simple timeline : I am having a great day , I am having a productive day
- Ego timeline : I am understanding why my anger exists , I am understanding why i feel anxiety
- Health timeline : I am feeling well

This technique can be used by anyone who had trauma ,any kid who have ADHD , who want to create new belief in their personality or merge between their different personalities by attaching belief .

PS : I am right handed person hence left hand is my non writing hand

To have everything on their own terms a weak character is all the opposite of those traits so you hire somebody based on their charm then you discover when they're stressed that they crumble into pieces right you discover that when you criticize them they get all whiny and defensive and they can't learn you discover that they can't work together as a team they only want to advance their own agenda you learn that too late

Because they're already working for you so judge them before you get involved with people
