This tutorial recieved a huge overhaul! Now it features step-by-step photo guidance, and not only does it teach you how to hook a battery up to a 9volt terminal, but also shows how to hook it up to a USB cord to use with a powerbank! Enjoy!! https://pupdates.matrices.net/post/151075802522/simple-battery-operated-fans
A few extra photo steps have been added to the "Making a Tail" tutorial. It still could use a bit more photos, but since it takes a while to compile them it may recieve another update later on — for now, enjoy the additional photos for the pinning steps! https://pupdates.matrices.net/post/126684480883/making-a-tail

Whoops, several images intended as part of the button-and-loop segment of the pillow insert tutorial were unintentionally omitted. They are there now!! Enjoy those extra pics of exciting button & loop action! 🔘 ➰ I also edited a bit of the writing for better clarity. :D
Today I am launching a new online store. Yes-- its separate from my Etsy, but I want to do a test run for this new shop. If all works out nicely I plan to have it be the new home to the items that I physically mail. I am going to keep my Etsy as one of my sources for patterns and premium tutorials, since they do digital downloads so well. But in an effort to reduce overhead and fees involved with maintaining an Etsy, I'm trying out another shopping cart site for a little while.

The new shop can be found at https://matrices.bigcartel.com/

All the items listed there are ready to ship! If you need international shipping, message me for a custom shipping quote!
https://pupdates.matrices.net/post/139983032668/how-to-sew-bias-tape-in-faux-fur-so-the-edge-is Additional larger-photo WIPs and additional text been added to this guide. Originally it was compiled in one image (which I left as the top image) but in hindsight, this isn't as helpful for those that use an online translator to enjoy the tutorials I write in their own language.
Hi everyone!! Today I made another channel, this new one is specifically targeted to my artwork that I make. I figured it wouldn't hurt to keep this channel as my website and tutorial updates, since I figure they are updated more frequently and on a regular basis than the art I post, which is done on a less regular basis and more in spurts. I uploaded most of the finished stuff I have done in the past year or so! About 100 images they wern't uploaded in any particular order since I just kinda dumped my art folder into telegram, haha!

Enjoy & share with pals if they also like my arts!!

This image guide has been updated! I could not find the original image from the test I made, but instead I captioned it below. I also added another picture example of a tool I love to use, and clarified some text. Enjoy!! https://pupdates.matrices.net/post/123567510343/what-is-safe-for-marking-on-faux-fur-when-fursuit
I finished setting up a Gumroad shop for my premium patterns and tutorials. Gumroad is an alternative to Etsy and I figured I would crosspost my premium content there, just making sure I don't put all my eggs in one basket so hopefully more people can see what I enjoy doing and learn from it!
Check it out here: https://gumroad.com/matrices
The summer of updates continues, with the basting tutorial recieving its update! https://pupdates.matrices.net/post/97789379028/basting-tips-for-some-curved-seams — Larger photos, expanded text explaining the concept, and it was broken out of the hard-to-read single-image format. Enjoy!!
This is a re-written tutorial with LOTS of new information!

https://pupdates.matrices.net/post/186265933378/buying-faux-fur-swatches

the original was from 2 years ago and only a few paragraphs about how to buy and examine swatches, but i felt it needed its own whole written topic all about it! Enjoy!!!
Today I present to you this NEW and very beginner-friendly guide. Written for the person who maybe has never touched a sewing kit, a tutorial all about hand sewing! No sewing machine, no problem, includes photos of EVERY STEP! And includes gifs! https://pupdates.matrices.net/post/186317265118/hand-sewing — I will make a separate tutorial linked to it with different hand stitches, but for now, its all the foundation steps! Threading, tying, starting, ending. :D
