Eggs have three parts, eggshell, white part(source of protein) and yellow part(called yolk). Six to seven weeks old hen gives 1-2 eggs within one or one and a half days.
๐The reason why most of the eggs are fertilised because during birth male chicken is killed because of two reasons, according to poultry farms, growing them in terms of profit is of no use and secondly, if they grow, they may mate with hen and be fertilised eggs, which mostly can't be sell in Market. So if you consider not killing anyone as veg food, then ๐๐ป๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐ด๐ด๐ can be considered under the veg diet. ๐Short story of the day ๐
๐ฆThe Donkey and The Cotton:
There once lived a salt merchant. He had a monkey for his assistance. Every morning, he would load a sack of salt on the donkey and go to the nearby town to sell it. On the way, they had to walk across a pond.
One day, while crossing the pond, the donkey thought,"Ooh! This load is so heavy that I become exhausted very soon. I wish I could get some of this load taken off my back." Just then the donkey tripped and fell into the water.
Fortunately, the donkey was not hurt. But the sack of salt on the donkeyโs back fell into the water. Both the donkey and the salt became wet. Some of the salt in the sack got dissolved, making the load on the donkey lighter. The donkey felt very happy about the reduction in the weight of the sack of salt on its back. The merchant did his best to help the donkey to get up and they carried on their journey.
From that day, it became a regular practice for the donkey to slip and fall in the pond whenever they crossed the pond to the market. This would dissolve some salt in the sack thus reducing the weight and relieving the donkey of some load. The merchant was not aware of the donkeyโs cunningness. This continued for a few days.
One day, the merchant noticed the donkey deliberately slipping and landing with the sack into the water. โOh! So this is the way I am losing my salt everyday" he thought. He decided to teach the donkey a lesson.
Next morning, instead of loading a sack of salt, the merchant loaded a sack of cotton on the donkeyโs back. As usual they had decided to reach the market by crossing the same pond. While crossing the same pond, the donkey, as usual, slipped and fell into the pond, hoping that after some time the weight of the sack would go reduced. As usual, both the donkey and the cotton would become wet. But this time, when he got up, the load on his back seemed heavier. โOoh! The Load seems to have gotten heavier," thought the donkey. The donkey was astonished at what had taken place against the usual result.
The merchant looked at the donkey and said, โDear friend, I saw you fall into the water of the pond deliberately every day with the malicious intention of reducing the weight of the salt. So, I loaded a sack of cotton today. Cotton when wet gets more weight and becomes heavier. Now you will have to carry it to the town." The poor donkey had learnt his lesson.

๐Short story of the day ๐
โฐOwning Mistakes:
Simon was a curious boy. He was fond of reading adventure stories. He lived with his grandfather. One night, he stealthily entered the store room where his grandfather kept his priceless antiques. Simon knew his grandfather did not like anyone to touch his rare collections.
Once inside the room, Simon stood on a chair. He lifted the box wherein his grandfather had kept many wrist-watches bought from different countries he had visited.
While getting down from the chair, Simonโs elbow struck against the chair. The box slipped out of his hands and fell onto the floor. All the watched lay scattered all around. To his utter shock, he found the glass of his grandfatherโs favorite watch broken.
Simon got frightened lest his grandfather should come to know about the broken glass. He started picking up the pieces of glass.
Simon thought, โHow will I tell my grandfather that his favorite watch had got broken? He will be angry with me. If I do not tell him, he will not come to know about it."
Simon got nervous. His heart started beating faster. He put the broken watch back into the box and placed the box back on the shelf. Afterwards, he went to sleep. He tossed and turned in bed. He could not sleep in peace throughout the whole night.
The next morning, Simon got up early. He gathered courage to go and admit his fault to his grandfather. Reaching his grandfatherโs bedroom he told him everything. The grandfather looked thoughtful. He did not say anything to Simon. He went over to the store room. Simon kept standing with his head down.
Having returned from the store the grandfather said to Simon, โI felt very angry when you had broken my precious watch. Your grandmother gifted it to me on our first wedding anniversary. But you need not worry. Only the glass is broken. I shall have it replaced."
Simon felt relieved. After some time, his grandfather went into kitchen and bought a glass of milk for him.
While giving the milk to Simon, his grandfather said, โIt was brave enough of you to tell me about the broken watch. You knew that I would scold you, did not you?"
Simon said, โI was scared at first. But I dared not tell a lie. I should not have touched your things without your permission."
Simonโs grandfather further remarked, โWhen I was at your age, I also broke my motherโs precious flower-case. I was scared to own up my mistake. But, when I went to confess, she said that she already knew about it."
It is brave to admit your mistake. You may be scared of being scolded. But it is the only way for you to be free from guilt.

๐ Moral story of the day๐
๐ญSAM learns a lesson:
SAM is a middle aged man. Although he was born in a poor family, he was raised well by his father and mother. His father owned a welding shop, and used to work for more than 12 hours a day, so that his family could lead a comfortable life.
However, SAM's father could not earn sufficient money to provide a decent life to his family. SAM was an average student in school, and used to score around 70 percent marks. SAM's dream was to become a doctor. Since his marks weren't very high, he could not get the desired course that he wanted to study. Instead, he joined a bachelor's degree course, completed the course successfully, and got a job in a company.
While his life was going on with no dramatic change, his father continued to work in his welding shop, so that he did not have to depend on SAM. After getting a permanent job, SAM's parents wanted him to marry. He got married to a girl from his native town, and at the same time was also promoted in his job. After a few years, his wife gave birth to beautiful twin boys.
Later, SAM began to earn a handsome salary, and started to live luxuriously. He bought a new house and a new car. Some of the luxuries were really unnecessary. Although his company provided him with a car, SAM purchased a new car!
After an extravagant life that spanned almost 6 to 7 years, SAM was neither able to manage all the household expenses, nor pay for the children's education and other basic necessities.
It so happened that SAM's father fell sick, and as a result, could not continue his work in the welding shop. He requested SAM to give some money for his treatment and other household expenses.
SAM, who was already suffering from financial crisis, shouted at his parents and told them that he had no money to provide. He complained to his parents, "You never sent me to a big school. I was not provided with expensive clothes. You rarely fed me with my favorite food. I was not able to taste different varieties of food. When I got low marks you didn't have enough money to provide me with private tuition, and it took me more than 10 years to get settled. Now, while I am again struggling for money, you are not doing anything to help me, but instead are a burden to me! So, please don't come to me again."
His parents were left shattered.
After a week, while SAM was on an official tour, he met a small boy aged about 10 years selling toys. The boy requested SAM to buy something. SAM asked the boy why he was selling toys instead of studying. The boy replied, "My father met with an accident a year ago and he lost one hand. He cannot work now. My mother works as a maid in a few houses. I'm helping my parents by selling these toys. I go to school in the morning, and sell toys in the evenings. I work for 3 hours a day and study at night!"
SAM purchased a few toys from the little boy. He thought about what the boy had said. He realized that he had been wrong in the way he treated his parents. He had learnt a lesson from the small boy. At a very small age, this boy was helping his parents, but SAM, in order to meet the demands of his lavish lifestyle, had neglected his parents.
So, what can we learn from SAM and this poor, small boy?
Respect is the foundation of love, and it is our duty to take care of our parents, when we get older and mature.
