Welzijnsteam
Een actie kan leuk, fijn, saai, hoopgevend zijn, maar ook spannend of stressvol. Het is oké om je niet oké te voelen. Vraag je buddy of affiniteitsgroepje om hulp als je dat nodig hebt en weet dat er een welzijnsteam ter plaatse is. Zij zijn te herkennen aan de 💚groene hesjes💚
Hieronder nog een aantal zelfzorg tips:
