Authorization Issue
=======

There are reports coming to the company that charts on MT4 with GearBox or VeriBull added are showing the window to authorize the software.

When attempting to authorize the software the window with the code does not disappear and allow access to the software.

It is being investigated.

Authorization Update
=======

The issue has been fixed. It was part of our firewall for security.

If this affected your account then you will see a window like the attached image.

You can simply click on the link to get a new code and then the window will disappear and your software will be fine.

KYC Update
======

This morning, Auvoria Prime implemented a new feature to protect the company.

KYC, or Know Your Customer, is something that the company had in place but is now making mandatory for all affiliates.

Collecting the KYC information is important for Auvoria Prime to have in the event there is a question over money laundering or other illegal activity. The KYC is the statement made by the beneficiary of commissions, regarding their identity.

Not having the KYC and tax documentation completed also posed an issue to Auvoria Prime when issuing 1099s.

This will be mandatory for all affiliates going forward.
