Afghan media reports suggest that Afghanistan carried out several drone strikes in Gulistan, Balochistan, and Qambarkhel in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Ministry of National Defence of Afghanistan has confirmed that they conducted "Airstrikes" through their airforce in various parts of the Occupied Territories and a summary is given below-:


1️⃣.] Operation Overview.

🔴 The Air Force of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan conducted a series of airstrikes targeting alleged ISIS hideouts in Pakistan’s Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.

🔴 The operation focused on locations said to have been used for planning and coordinating attacks against Afghanistan.

2️⃣.] Targeted Locations

A.] Qila Abdullah District [Gulistan area, Occupied Balochistan]

⚫ Airstrikes reportedly targeted suspected militant positions in the Gulistan region.

B.] Chagai District [Shakar Ab / Jungle Gardi area, Occupied Balochistan]

⚫ Another location struck was in the Shakar Ab Jungle Gardi area, described as a site allegedly used by ISIS militants and associated elements.

C.] Orakzai region [Qamber Khel area, Occupied Khyber Pakhtunkhwa]

⚫ A facility reportedly linked to ISIS-Khorasan was also targeted in this area, which is described as being used by key members of the group.


3️⃣.] Operational Claims.

🔵 The strikes reportedly targeted multiple sites linked to ISIS and affiliated networks.

🔵 The locations were described as being used for past planning and coordination of attacks.

🔵 Authorities stated that all designated targets were successfully struck during the operation.

🔵 The operation is presented as part of ongoing efforts to counter perceived security threats.

4️⃣.] Conclusion

The airstrikes reportedly hit several suspected militant locations across occupied Balochistan and occupied Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

However, the exact level of damage, casualties, and independent verification of the claims remain unclear.

🚨 𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗧 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘:

During an infiltration attempt at Nathua Tibba, Sundarbani on 19 February 2026, the Indian Army engaged Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists. Reportedly, Abu Zarrar Okasha Farooq sustained serious injuries and later succumbed while retreating across the LoC. Follow-up searches led to the recovery of war-like stores from the encounter site.

Another senior LeT commander Abu Muaz Zaheer was critically wounded during the exchange of fire and later succumbed to his injuries while retreating across the LoC.

Both terrorists were reportedly natives of Pakistan's Punjab province. Abu Muaz Zaheer had reportedly left behind his months old infant in Pakistan before embarking on the infiltration mission into Jammu and Kashmir.

These incidents expose the persistent efforts of Pakistan-based terror groups to push infiltrators across the LoC.
