Arrested in Delhi, Lucknow, and Kolkata, they are accused of entering India on valid visas before illicitly crossing into Myanmar’s protected areas. The NIA alleges they contacted ethnic armed groups, received and provided combat training, and maintained ties to Indian insurgent outfits.
