All petrol pumps in Manipur's Valley districts and peripheral areas remained closed for the full day on 13 Dec 2025 as a protest against the Dec 6 bomb threat and ongoing extortion.

Inside toilet of Ibudhou Pakhangba Filling Station (Keikol petrol pump), Koirengei Road, Imphal East district, Manipur.

⭐️Identified victims of delhi terror attack. (reported so far)

1. Ashok Kumar – from Amroha (Uttar Pradesh).
2. Noman – 21-year-old from Shamli (UP).
3. Mohsin – 32-year-old from Meerut (UP).
4. Unnamed friend of Ashok (one of two friends from Amroha) ,reported in news listings.
5. Pankaj Saini – 22-year-old cab driver from Bihar.
6. Lokesh Kumar Gupta – reported deceased with Ashok Kumar.
7. Amar Kataria – shop owner (identified by family sources).
8. Nauman Ansari / Nauman – another victim referenced in family coverage. .
