Nathan Ake 💬 There are differences in expectations [At B'mouth and City]. You are here to win trophies and titles. You play in big games, in the Champions League. It’s a good step up for me, to improve myself and learn from one of best managers in world.

Nathan Ake 💬 Not too much, it is what it is. We have to deal with it [injuries]. There's a lot of games and the schedule will be tight. It's difficult but players want to play games. We have to deal with it. For sure.

Nathan Ake 💬 That’s one of the reasons I came to work under him. I've seen in the first months, he works with players, he shows how we can improve and works with me. I'm learning. It’s one of the reasons I came and I see myself improving already. Hopefully there's more to come.

Nathan Ake 💬 I think it’s been good. We have a lot of competition. So many good players. But I knew that beforehand. It’s always good to have competition. Everyone's fighting to be in the team. Everyone wants to give 100 percent and try and help the team and win titles.

Nathan Ake 💬 The manager has been so good for this club. It’s a reason I joined. It would be good [for Pep to stay]. It’s up to him. But we focus on this season. Try and do our best and he is trying to win titles. We focus on that first and who knows after.

PEP 💬 It’s too early to know it. We will see today last session. He [Jesus] is better and did one session with the team, a regeneration. We are happy he is back. But happy with Ferran playing there, too.

PEP 💬 For sure. Some players can handle three, four, five games with no problems. Others struggle more. Now we're beginning November. We know how demanding this country is. That’s why tomorrow is important to get to nine points, get close to qualification and handle PL better.

PEP 💬 Yeah definitely. We struggled a lot last season with problems we had when Vincent went to Belgium and Laporte got an important injury. We were damaged for a demanding season. But now we have alternatives to use in this position.

PEP 💬 Absolutely not. It's the Champions League. You cannot fake a step. If you do, you struggle. You know in Europe you have to secure home games and win at least one away. We did it, winning in Marseille. But we know we have to secure points at home.

PEP 💬 Qualifying is most important. We won first two games. Porto was difficult and Marseille we handled so well and was in control. Now we have Olympiacos and we can leave them behind us and this is the target. We are going to try.

PEP 💬 No but Phil play a lot. He started all three first games. After he was a bit tired. He always makes 100 percent because he is young. At the moment, every action is high intensity. But the other side is his energy. He plays many games and always his actions are decisive.

PEP 💬 I don't know. I know we are a team who can score a lot - on the last seasons we score a lot. This season we have conceded few. In the Leicester game we gave too many, but in other games. The reason why, I don't know it.

PEP 💬 He [Sterling] can play there [striker] when opponents play who are defending lot of space in between. When teams settle in box for 90 minutes, he is better in the sides than the middle.

PEP 💬 Right now I don't know. He [Aguero] is getting better but I don't know.
Yeah, of course. We don't want to make a step back again. But he is getting better. I don't know about Liverpool but after international break for sure he will be ready.

PEP 💬 Always I am right, come on! Yeah its different, people don't believe it. Every game. Even with pandemic, the situation is more uncertain. Today you play away or at home, you have to do a good game to win. It's tricky competition.

PEP 💬 More investment, more games. Managers more prepared now. They know much more what they have to do. The spaces now don't exist. Teams are better. More money everywhere. Clubs have possibility to spend and get important players and managers.

PEP 💬 Last season look at Atalanta. Everyone says "Oh it’s Atalanta. Look what they did". Same with Shakhtar, people say it’s easy, look what happened to them. It doesn't matter where you go. Every time we qualify I congratulate players and tell them to enjoy that moment.

PEP 💬 Playing in the final is more important than being on the bench. I have injuries but not much. I prefer them to take experience of playing in the final, they're responsible for bringing back the cup to Manchester. Tonight against Chelsea they have to win it themselves.

PEP 💬 Yeah, but when they come here they feel our spectators. It doesn't effect Olympiacos, Marseille, Porto. I would rather have our fans here and their fans at their games. Every team has to play in same conditions.
