Good as Gold (just came out) is about as good of a book as you can come up with. I listen to TONS of books every month (I don't have as much time to pick up the books physically anymore). BUT this supports much of what we do.
Audible has a great Audiobook of it or you can get the hard copy (listen, I don't need to hear people saying how much they hate Amazon...it's not productive here since 90% of books are presented on Amazon and all on Audible...hate it or love it, it's a resource that authors use even when many of us are censored).
