The lawsuit states that as many as 110 Jamaicans recruited under the H-2B visa program are involved. Robbed of tips, service charges, illegally low pay, discrimination, discrimination, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of good faith.

The lawsuit states that notable current and former members include software billionaire Bill Gates, former Vice President Dan Quayle, entertainers Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, quarterback Tom Brady and wife model Gisele Bundchen, golfer Phil Mickelson and cyclist Greg LeMond.
