Notice Congress does NOT have power to create the judiciary it would be a violation of the separation of powers in creating article 1 quarts it’s just part of the fraud done to us. Demand an article 3 court and demand dismissal if they cannot provide you their articles of incorporation proving that they have an article 3 court.
