His campaign did not address why the most recent video cited in the story — one that was recorded in late June — had already disappeared within about a week of posting, or why many videos that are older than 30 days have not been deleted.
Jenna Ellis, a Mastriano legal adviser and former attorney for Donald Trump who was involved in his attempts to overturn the 2020 election, on Monday tweeted a statement attributed to an unnamed spokesman for the Mastriano campaign.
“The biased mainstream media is trying to manufacture a scandal, but they haven’t done their homework,” the statement said.

“I am sorry for the pain that you experienced,” the 60-year-old former socialite told victims at her sentencing in Manhattan federal court.
“I believe that Jeffrey Epstein was a manipulative, cunning and controlling man who lived a profoundly compartmentalized life and fooled all of those in his orbit,” she said.
Federal Judge Alison J. Nathan didn’t buy it. She sentenced Maxwell to 20 years in prison for her role in what prosecutors called a decade-long scheme to “recruit, groom and ultimately abuse” teenage girls.
“The damage done to these young girls was incalculable,” Nathan said.

WATCH: Dem. Congresswoman Has ‘Meltdown’ in Florida Diner After Seeing Opponent’s Campaign Poster
On June 17 Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL) was caught on video shouting at a local diner owner and threatening retaliation for his daring to hang a campaign poster for her potential opponent, Republican Primary candidate Deborah Adeimy.
Richard Kline, owner of City Diner in West Palm Beach, Florida, says that he has happily served Frankel for many years as a customer, despite completely disagreeing with her politics.
Kline believes Frankel was made aware of the poster by a customer who questioned Kline’s son, who works at the diner, about the poster shortly before Frankel arrived that day.
The campaign poster includes a line that reads: “Retire Lois Frankel.”
“Not 10 minutes later did Lois come crashing through the door,” says Kline. “She didn’t come to eat. Because she comes with her elderly mother when she comes to eat. It’s a whole different mindset.”
“She came in looking around with her dark sunglasses. She was looking for that picture.”
“Finally she found it,” says Kline, “and she started freaking out.”
Kline says he could hear Frankel yelling from the back of the restaurant, and came out after she asked to see the owner.
The remainder of the altercation was caught on video by Kline’s son.

The US Airforce however is completely ignoring Judge McFarlands order, which is in direct violation of the TRO.
Master Sargent, Nick Kupper, is one such individual who is being expelled from the Air Force for not taking the experimental jab.
