Index Provider advisor update

1 MT5Theme includes light MT5 theme
2 The KLots parameter adjusts the lot size of the second index (DAX)
Added buttons on the screen so that you can trade manually using this advisor.

Only 3 buttons. Button "Manual Mode" Activates buttons and disables the advisor. When this button is pressed, the opening is controlled using the buttons. Всего 3 кнопки. Кнопка «Ручной режим» Активизирует кнопки и отключает советник. Когда эта кнопка нажата, открывание регулируется с помощью кнопок. Но все условия для закрытия тоже действуют. Советник закроет позиции при соблюдении условий, даже если будет нажата кнопка "Manual Mode"
