✅ मागील अटेम्प्स बद्दल कुठलाही विचार करणे टाळा. प्रॅक्टिकली अवघड आहे. मान्य!
पण कमी करण्याचा प्रयत्न नक्की करा.
❌ किती attempts झाले, किती mains दिल्या, किती prelims पास झालो, नापास झालो याबद्दल कमीत कमी विचार करणे चांगले.
🤔prelims date पर्यंत माझा temperament टिकून राहील का❓
🤔 Exam जवळ आल्यावर माझा confidence low तर होणार नाही न❓
🤔Exam चे दोन तास मी व्यवस्थित tackle करू शकेल ना❓
🤔आणि अल्टिमेटली मी prelims पास होईल की नाही❓
असले पुढचे विचार करणे सुद्धा काहीच उपयोगाचे नाही.

✅ रोज सकाळी अभ्यासाला सुरुवात करण्यापूर्वी आजचा प्लॅन काय आहे तेवढा बघा आणि रोज रात्री अभ्यासिकेतून रूमवर जात असताना आजचा ठरलेला प्लॅन पूर्ण केला आहे का तेवढं फक्त क्रॉस चेक करा.
✅ दिलेल्या शेड्युल मधील टार्गेट जर Incomplete राहिली असेल तर झोपण्या अगोदर त्याचे कारणे शोधून दुसऱ्या दिवशी first priority ने ते आधी complete करा. आणि जर दिलेले टार्गेट 80–90% जरी पूर्ण असेल तर स्वतः शाब्बासकी द्या अन् त्या दिवशी मस्तपैकी 7–8 तासाची निवांत झोप घ्या. 🛌🛌
दुसऱ्या दिवशी पुन्हा नव्या जोमाने fresh start घेण्यासाठी.👍👍👍
