• Mascot - Mauli, is a Himalayan Monal, the state bird of Uttrakhand.
• The official torch for the 38th National Games is named Tejaswini.
• Inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi & Amit Shah was the chief guest of the closing ceremony.
Meghalaya is set to host the 39th edition in 2026.
