Hi everyone - Following up on discussions last week, and suggestions made by @⁨Monika MKAI⁩ @⁨Errol MKAI⁩ and other individuals, including coverage in @⁨Aleksandra MKAI⁩'s blog post of today, we have gone ahead and launched a focused chat, tentatively titled Geo AI.

You are more than welcome to join. The GeoAI group will be broad and diverse - and focus on issues related to environment, climate change and our planet (as stated in the blog post that till we do not get citizenship on Mars, we need to take care of Earth). Much like other focused chats, as this is emerging from the interest of MKAI Champions, let us endeavour to keep the discussions on the new group focused, relevant and with a desire to create output. It has to be fun and exciting and I look forward to seeing how it shapes.

The data monetization economic model must be rethought. This is how we can make it equitable. Data monetization should be discussed from the perspective of the data subject.
