OLD METHOD USE THE NEW ONE, IT IS SMOOTHER, WITH #UI_BLUR
On stable builds, it is possible to restore the blur (removed to save GPU ressources).
To do so :
- Place this one in the folder and put 644 permissions

with a root explorer :
- Backup your MIUISystemUI apk in system/priv-app- Place this one in the folder and put 644 permissions
NON-ROOTED METHODReboot to your custom recovery and :- Backup your MIUISystemUI apk in system/priv-app- Place this one in the folder and put 644 permissions
#NOTIFICATIONS
Due to the ram management of Vanilla roms, certain users don't receive their notifications or they receive them with some delay. You can enable autostart on the concerned apps to prevent that from happening

For both methods, in order to restore the changes, delete build.prop file in system and rename "build.prop.bak" to "build.prop", like it was before

Cast functionality has been removed BUT can be restored.
To do so, just install this application, and you are done !

New volume panel can be installed. Just download this APK, GO TO FILE MANAGER, and install it from there

#DATAUSAGE
You can set like in EU ROMs a data usage, visible in notifications, to see how much data you consumed, or how much data is left
. Go to security app, navigate to the utilities, and find "data usage"
. On the top right corner, you will find a settings page, enable data usage
. Select unlimited
. On this settings page, select a data plan according to what you want
If you already consumed some data from you plan, put the data consumed in "Set data usage"

On MIUI Vanilla STABLE and BETA 12.5, animations were removed in order to get more smoothness in the overall UI. You can still put them back if you want :

- Install build.prop editor from an app store
- Edit build.prop, and remove the last line of code, shown above in the SS
