În acest episod, Alex Gurdila discută cu Pavel Novac despre drumul de la UTM și jurnalism, la co-fondator Sens Media și dezvoltarea Omnis. Aplicația e o platformă digitală care schimbă modul în care șoferii accesează asigurările.

Am vorbit despre cum experiența din agenție și interacțiunea cu branduri mari a format abordarea sa de produs, despre cum premiul „Best Service Innovation” oferit de MITP în 2023 a validat o direcție reală de business, dar și despre tracțiunea obținută ulterior: peste 70.000 de utilizatori în doi ani și feedback constant din piață.

Pavel a povestit despre procesul de dezvoltare Omnis – de la un proiect intern pentru automatizarea ofertării RCA, la un parteneriat operațional cu Omnis Broker & AdCenter. Am discutat și despre decizia strategică de a închide alte startup-uri pentru a concentra resursele pe acest produs, despre rolul AI în dezvoltare și planurile de extindere în România, dar și despre cum văd ei evoluția Omnis către o platformă completă de mobilitate.

🌍 Natalia is Co-founder and CEO of Francis, a fintech and AI startup based out of London. Prior to this and over 10 years at Google, she worked with founding teams on scaling mobile and digital products. Before Google, Natalia co-founded a news subscription platform backed by the IFC/World Bank and a women's creator network that received the UN SDG award. She has a BSc in Economics and an MBA from IE Business School.
