🔹 फांसी की सजा: अगर पीड़िता की मौत हो जाए या कोमा में चली जाए, तो बलात्कारियों को 10 दिन के भीतर फांसी की सजा दी जाएगी।

🔹 आजीवन कारावास: बलात्कार और गैंग रेप के दोषियों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा होगी।

🔹 तेज़ जांच: बलात्कार के मामलों की जांच 21 दिन के भीतर पूरी करनी होगी।

🔹 दोहरे अपराधियों के लिए कठोर सजा: कई बार दोषी पाए जाने पर आजीवन कारावास।

🔹 प्रकाशन पर रोक: कोर्ट से संबंधित सामग्री की बिना अनुमति के प्रकाशित करने पर 3-5 साल की सजा और जुर्माना।

🔹 अपराजिता टास्क फोर्स: नए प्रावधानों के तहत अपराधों की जांच के लिए जिलास्तर पर एक विशेष टास्क फोर्स का गठन, जिसकी अगुवाई एक उपनिरीक्षक द्वारा की जाएगी।
