نصائح للدراسة خلال شهر رمضان المبارك 🌙
يواجه العديد من الطلاب صعوبات في الدراسة خلال شهر رمضان واثناء فترات الصيام، لهذا راح نقدم مجموعة من النصائح عن هذا الموضوع :
١-ثبت جدول 🗓🧷
حاول تعرف اكثر وقت تكون منتج ومركز بيه خلال اليوم وترتب جدول الدراسة في هذا الوقت. خلال هذا الشهر انت ما راح تحتاج وقت للغداء او الافطار فحاول تستغل هذا الوقت ايضا للنوم او الدراسة.
الجدول راح يختلف في حال وجود او عدم وجود دوام طبعا.
💡جدول مقترح في حال وجود دوام :
٨ صباحا - ٢ ظهرا > دوام
٢ظهرا - ٦ مساء > نوم
٦ مساء - ٨ مساء > افطار
٨ مساء - ١ صباحا > دراسة
١ صباحا - ٣ صباحا > نوم
٣ صباحا - ٥ صباحا > سحور
٥ صباحا - ٧ صباحا > نوم
💡 جدول مقترح في حالة عدم وجود دوام :
٥ صباحا - ١١ صباحا > نوم
١١ صباحا - ٤ مساء > دراسة
٤ مساء - ٦ مساء > نوم
٦ مساء - ٨ مساء > افطار
٨ مساء - ٢ صباحا > دراسة
٢ صباحا - ٥ صباحا > سحور
٢- اكل زين
حاول تتناول الطعام بصورة جيدة خصوصا خلال السحور. تناول الاطعمة الي تحرر الطاقة بصورة بطيئة و حاول تشرب ماء بصورة كافية ايضا.
٣- نظم طاقتك
خلال اليوم راح تحس اكو وقت عندك بيه طاقة و تكدر تسوي اي شيء واوقات تكون بيها تعبان وما بيك حيل تقرة.
حاول ترتب دراستك بحيث تتوالم وية الطاقة الي عندك بلحظتها فعلى سبيل المثال اذا تريد تدرب على اوسكي او تدرس موضوع معقد لاول مرة حاول تخليها بوقت طاقتك تكون زينة بيه، اما من تحس نفسك ما بيك حيل تقرة فحاول تسوي شيء سهل مثلا تشوف فديو عاليوتيوب والي مشتركين ويانا يشوفون فيديواتنا 😄
٤- ادرس وية اصدقائك
خصوصا الي مجرب الدراسة وية اصدقائه سابقا و يشوف انه تفيده فبرمضان راح تفيدكم ايضا. راح تكونون منتجين اكثر من تدرسون سوة وواحد راح يحفز الثاني انه يكون منتج اكثر و خصوصا اذا كلكم صايمين.
٥-اخيرا و ليس اخرا، لا تنسى العبادة
رمضان شهر مبارك و لازم ما تاخذنا مشاغل الحياة اليومية عن الدعاء و الصلاة و العبادة فيه.

٥-اخيرا و ليس اخرا، لا تنسى العبادة
