#Bitcoin has failed to hold within the ascending triangle, immediately triggering a response down earlier (daily low around 6050$) and currently we have been retesting it again.

💎As stated in the previous update a 4hr candle close beneath 6300$(which we have seen) would void this bullish formation, indicating that we are likely to see further downside in the short term, towards the ~5800$ zone.

💎Great continuation from bitcoin over the last couple of hours since our last bullish update, BTC broke out above resistance at 7000$, peaking around 7300$.

💎A daily close above 7000$ would enforce this bullish structure, indicating that a continuation is likely to follow.

💎However we are anticipating a daily swing failure.

💎There was over $300M short liquidations in the wick which pushed BTC back down bellow our resistance at 7050.

💎We rejected the October Swing Low at 7300 also rejected the Yearly Open at 7163.

💎Price doubled since the bottom, psychological significance..

💎Next possible target for BTC in a mid to long term would be around 5100 if we break down and close daily candle bellow the 6300 support level.

💎5100 support is a prev. weekly VWAP cluster. 61.80% retracement from the last high, 50% of the prev. monthly candle wick, we target just above 5K as psychological level.
