who shows us what The Lord can do
with someone who simply
loves God alot.

After putting off the complicated armour of King Saul, David resorted to the simplicity of a sling and a stone.

With ONE STONE he solved
a national problem.

Sometimes it takes just one thing
that God will do for you
that will change everything.

In Ecclesiastes 1:4-7
David's son was preaching
some powerful illustrations
on the subject of cycles.


🌬💨
In verse 6,
he used the example of wind.

⚪️ ♻️
Wind makes circles or cycles,
first going South,
then going North.
⚪️ ♻️
Going round and round.
Moving.
And then returning.


🌔
In this world, there are cycles everywhere.
👋🏼
God created it that way.

🌧 🌎
Rain happens due to the water cycle.
Even the earth makes a cycle every 24hrs.


🚖 🛫
The vehicles we use, including airplanes, depend on cycles.

🏃🏽‍♂ 🫀🫁
Our bodies too, run on cycles.
Blood flows, Oxygen is expended,
nutrients are distributed, all through
cycles.



➕ 👤 ➖
In our lives however, there are
some negative cycles.

🌑 📉
These are patterns of evil or sin
that happen again and again.
Persistent habits.
Issues that are triggered regularly.
Recurring calamities that occur
on cue.

THESE NEED TO BE BROKEN!

While the good cycles,
need to be built
and established.
