Ruth 1:16
And Ruth said,
Intreat me not to leave thee,
or to return from following after thee:
for whither thou goest,
I will go;
and where thou lodgest,
I will lodge:
thy people shall be my people,
and thy God my God:

Ruth saw beyond the physical.
She saw her future and destiny even in the dry ground.
Orpah did not see a future in Naomi.
But Ruth saw differently!

She might not have known what it was,
but she perceived something good about her future in Naomi.

That's why she said:
