My personal belief is that,
the Sun stopped for a short unspecified time,
and then slowed down, towards it's setting.
°
(It is intelligent to note that,
it's not the Sun which stopped or slowed,
but actually it is the Earth's rotation, which stopped and slowed!)
However from our viewpoint on Earth, it is the Sun
that moves, rises and sets.
°
In my preaching today, I mentioned an extra 12 hours.
Other commentators and even scientists (unverified),
suggest 24 hours.
👉 God extended the time of that day,
by 12 or 24 hours, to enable
Joshua complete the battle.
