of the month Abib.

It commemorated the
night when the Children
of Israel were delivered
from Egypt.


The month Abib is also
called Nisan.

When they were delivered out,
God made Nisan the first month
for them.


This year it happens to fall
on our Calendar month of March.
Specifically 23rd March.

Don't allow a temporary setback to destroy your marriage.


I know what it's like to have a misunderstanding and a miscommunication ruin your whole marriage.

Don't allow a small situation to cause a separation.

You wake one morning and the lights are cut, or the water is off, or there's no supply of breakfast!

And then you allow that, to cause you to withdraw from your husband.
You allow that to cause you to run towards a neighbour, or towards external help.

You separate yourself and begin to destroy your marriage over a temporary situation.

Why not huddle together in the foxhole.
Why not fight the battle in unity.
Why not confront the circumstance hand-in-hand.
Why not face the situation together.


Let's do it together. Let's fight it together. Let it not drive a wedge between us and separate us.

Or in the case of the husband something else happens, and you decide to withdraw from your wife.


May God help us to draw closer.
Divorce is not funny.
Divorce is not happy.
Stay Together, fight together.


Amen.

A sense of hopelessness
can start to take residence
in your soul.

Wars, civil unrest, economic
challenges, political turmoil.

But like Peter walking on
the water to go to Jesus,
we must not let the circumstances
and the storm, make us feel like
it's the end.


No.
God is still in control.

Be encouraged.
God's purpose cannot be thwarted.

Even when the devil looks like he is
getting the upper hand, The Lord
still works everything out, for good.
