In Matthew 2:1
Jesus had been born
in Bethlehem.
He was born in the days
of king Herod.


🏥
God would have chosen
Jerusalem.
God would have picked
a state-of-the-art hospital,
and medical specialists.

But No! GOD chose Bethlehem!

Can any good thing come out of Nazareth,
or Bethlehem?


🤴🏻
God may have let Jesus be born
in the reign of a good king.
Under the leadership of a
benevolent monarch.

But No! Jesus was born
in the days of Herod.
Herod, a despot, a maniac,
a ruthless murderer.

GOD SOMETIMES HIDES
HIS BLESSINGS IN PLACES
THAT WE WOULD NOT
NECESSARILY CHOOSE!






But if you look beyond the RUBBLE,
you will find a BABY!

They had seen a special star.

It guided them to a special King.

They got to Jerusalem,
but the star dissapeared!

They didn't know where
to find the new King!


🗣 👥👥
Fraught, they consulted
the wrong people.


📖
Finally the answer came from
the writings of The Word of God.
👉 Bethlehem.


🌟
And then the star reappeared
with more details.


🏘 👶🏻
And soon they found the house
and the young child.

Being wise men,
they came to GIVE,
not first of all to GET.

And what they got was
DIVINE GUIDANCE!

opened his bag to feed his donkey.

Oh! Look! There was MONEY in the MOUTH of the BAG!

They said one to another,
"What is this that God has done to us?"

Jacob was single.
He needed a wife.

But his father warned him
not to hook up with
a Canaanite woman.

He was to travel to Syria
in search of kindred.

Halfway there, he came upon
a place.

This place seemed ordinary,
somewhere to spend the night.


😴💭
But in a dream Jacob encountered
the Lord!


😳
When he woke up, he was alarmed.
He realized that he had been
in God's Presence.


✨🫣
He exclaimed,
"This Place is Awesome."
This is actually a place where God is
Moving and Dwelling.

This is the the House of God!
This is the Gate of Heaven!
