Feeble knees.

Now, no chastening, is a pleasant experience
at the time you're going through it.
Infact it's uncomfortable and unpleasant.


You feel like getting out of it as quick as possible.


But afterwards, later, when the trial is over,
it produces in you some great results spiritually
and in your character.


It's like someone who's been working out
in the gym, or doing exercises.


Trials, tough seasons, are spiritual exercises.


God is training you. He's giving you a work out.


He is reShaping you. He is moulding you.


Infact you ought to be glad that God is
paying so much attention to your growth.


If he left you alone, you might have it easy,
but you wouldn't develop or make progress.


So chin up. Hands up. Knees down.
Strengthen your response to the trouble.
Be encouraged. Work the trial, as the trial
is working you.


Hebrews 12:5-13
