In Genesis 33.4
Esau ran towards Jacob.


🤼‍♂
He did not wrestle him
down to the ground
and choke him to death,
for stealing his blessing.


🗡
He didn't pull out a dagger
and stab him in revenge.


😡
He didn't shout insults
and vocalize the years
of bitterness and resentment.



No!
🫂
Instead, Esau ran to meet Jacob,
and hugged him!

He did not curse him.
He kissed him!



💔💧🩹
We are in a season where
God is healing broken hearts
and binding up their wounds.


🙌🏻🙌🏿🙌🏽🙌🏻🙌🏽🙌🏾
He is melting offences.
Covering transgressions.
Reconciling enemies.
Making peace between
those who fell out.



Amen



📝 🧐
We all have a 'list of offenders'.
People who did us wrong.
People we don't talk to anymore.
People we are mad at.
Or who are mad at us!

💪🏼
God is helping us. 👥👥
Apparently all the strife and enmity does not bless him.
God is love.
He would rather we lived
in peace and harmony
and Kill the Enmity!
