King Herod sent men
to John the Baptizer
in the prison.

They proceeded to cut off his head!

John the Baptizer was the last
of the Old Testament prophets.
His life represented the Old
Testament system.


🌊🧔🏻‍♂💦
When Jesus arrived,
John the Baptizer
ushered Him in,
so as to transition the people of God
to a new system, the New Testament.



😵🗡
The death of John the Baptizer,
and the cutting off of his head,
represented the termination
of the old system.




🥷 .. 🦹🏼‍♂.. 🥷
The wicked king Herod
actually became the
terminator of the old
system, when he cut
off John's head!



🩸📜
Jesus was then able to usher in
the New Covenant,
which He paid for,
in His own Blood.

Apostle Paul gives us
an astounding statement.

He writes, that God says,
that NOW is the acceptable time.




🪐🌓💫
God lives outside of time.
Infact He created it!
He is not bound by time.
He is not limited by time.


✊🏻☀️
He is Lord over it.
The Son of Man is Lord
even over the Sabbath.



⏳⏱⌛️
God can stop time, rewind time,
fast forward time, slow down time,
or use time for any of His great purposes.

God lives in the NOW.
He is the great "I AM".
When God comes, it is NOW.

Whenever He steps into time,
it is the right time, and it is "NOW".

In 2 Kings 9
Elisha the Prophet
sent one of his sons
in the ministry.


🏃🏻
He sent him to a place
called Ramoth Gilead,
to find a man called Jehu!



🙌🏻
The Lord had a big assignment
for Jehu.


🗡🛡
He was to wipe out the whole house
of wicked king Ahab, and everything
that was connected to it!


💪🏻
Apparently this was no small task.
Jehu could not do it in his own
strength and wisdom.



🪔
So, Elisha's messenger
was told to pour oil
on Jehu's head and tell him:

"THUS SAITH THE LORD,
I HAVE ANOINTED YOU
KING OVER ISRAEL."
