In Exodus 18
Moses was visited
by Jethro, his father
in law.

One day Jethro
observed Moses'
routine.


👥👥👥

Moses would sit
and give judgment
to the many Israelites
who came to him
with their cases.

Jethro noticed
how this trend
would wear Moses out.

🥱😐
And also delay
justice for the people.



👨🏻‍⚖👨🏽‍⚖👨🏼‍⚖👨🏻‍⚖👨🏾‍⚖
Therefore he advised
that more judges
be appointed
to ease the burden
on Moses.

⚙⚖
And to turn
the wheels of justice
faster.

This was immediately
implemented.

Only HARD CASES
were brought
to Moses.
