🚨 UPDATE: All Lucid funds that were on Aave are safe.

In response to the KelpDAO x LayerZero incident, we fully withdrew our positions on Aave to remain 100% liquid.

This is exactly why we built our monitoring system, to track Aave pool utilization in real time and adjust our onchain liquidity buffers accordingly, withdrawing funds as utilization rises.

Given the scale of the risk, we didn’t wait for utilization to increase. We acted immediately and executed the withdrawals manually as a precaution.

Lucid leads on security, not just in design, but in execution.

Kite AI mainnet is live with Lucid as its bridging and yield layer.

Kite has officially joined the Lucid ecosystem and is already live on our Multi-Bridge infrastructure, enabling seamless cross-chain asset movement.

Next, Kite will integrate Nebula, our native stablecoin yield layer. Initial funds will be deployed to the USDC pool on Aave via Avalanche, with more pools to follow.
