Welcome to the Louisville Remote Uprising Support Team channel, or RUST. RUST teams pop up to help remotely surveil areas around civilian uprisings as a civilian based decentralized 3rd party. We focus specifically on what police and militia are doing.

A reminder that not all guns on the streets of Louisville are the same. There are folks armed for a variety of reasons, many for self defense against far right militias.

Seems like from streams things have calmed down and folks are separated

NG and large lines of riot police are gathering in 1 place. Take note that these police tactics leave other portions of the city unprotected. So police are more likely to use a show of force in the form of crowd control weapons for more range and coverage than they can use on their own when they decide to respond. Note that the geneva convention strictly prohibits the use of tear gas on militarized forces which a militia technically is. So if the officers decide to use crowd control means on NFAC or other armed groups, they would be breaking international law on a higher level than just using it on civilian demonstrators. Kentucky LRAD is on location according to folks on the ground.

A show of armed force can still be a peaceful protest

The United States has participated in mass hysterectomies at different points in its history, but it should have been included in one of the things we say never again to after we abolished North Carolina inmate sterilization laws. An ICE Nurse at Irwin County Detention Center has whistleblown. There is no way all of these women need emergency hysterectomies. This is literal nazi shit happening again. The only reason Louisville looks like this is because the Attorney General is going to make a decision he knows will result in civil unrest. He knows if he makes the wrong decision here, what is at stake, and he is willingly going to, and is actively planning against the response to his bad decision he has yet to officially make. Louisville wouldn't need to be boarded up if justice is served to Breonna's murderers. They are sensationalizing their decision so they can claim victimhood and distract folks from their terrible decisions. They are pushing fear that their city will burn down and be looted instead of addressing the reason their people have these fears or would be willing to take escalated actions against the city. Our nations summer of riots was fueled by decades of winters of delay. #forward
