A courageous man has publicly shown that, according to customary law, you do not need a driving licence or registration certificate to travel on public roads. Based on the principle that "travel is a natural right", he invoked the universal human right to freedom of movement – and did so entirely without a driving licence or number plates.

"I am a free man, not the property of the state. I travel, I do not drive for commercial purposes – and therefore I do not need permission from the authorities," he said in a video that has reached thousands of people.
