COVID19 VACCINES AND THE SPIKE PROTEIN: FIVE ASSUMPTIONS & FOUR DISTURBING QUESTIONS

First of all, consider 5 points of the novel coronavirus spike protein:

1) To infect your body, the SARS-CoV2 uses a “spear” called Spike Protein (S). This protein binds to ACE2 receptors, opening a “window” by which the virus genes can be pushed into your cells. ACE2 receptors are present in your kidneys, lungs, heart, pancreas, bladder, bowel and in the cell layer that lines all blood vessels (called endothelial cells).

2) The inflammatory response mediated by the Spike Protein is in the base of the cardiac and pulmonary adverse effects observed in Covid19.

3) Central to this response is the inflammation of endothelial cells, a process that can be triggered by Spike Protein alone.

4) The spike protein is also capable of macrophage activation, inducing other forms of acute inflammatory responses.

5) The spike protein can damage and surpass the human blood-brain barrier (BBB). The loss of barrier integrity triggers a pro-inflammatory response on brain endothelial cells that may contribute to several of Covid19´s neurological symptoms.

That said, let´s do some reasoning:

1) Many studies show that the spike protein ALONE can damage endothelial cells, causing cardiac and lung malfunctioning. So I ask: (a) can the Spike Protein encoded by the viral vector and mRNA vaccines lead to the same effect? (b) What solid evidences do we have one way or the other?

2) Many studies show that the brain damage mediated by the spike protein may play a decisive role in the respiratory failure of COVID‐19 patients. So I ask: (a) can the Spike Protein encoded by the viral vector and mRNA vaccines lead to the same effect? (b) What solid evidences do we have one way or the other?

3) Due to the potential of Spike Protein to cause brain damage, the Post-Covid19 syndrome presents itself with a myriad of neurological symptoms, including neurodegeneration. 4) Finally, specific antibodies in the blood of infected patients appear to change the shape of the Spike Protein to make it more likely to bind to cells, enhancing the damage caused by the virus.
