WE'RE HIRING - IT Infrastructure & Security Coordinator

📍 Placement: South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily IT operations, including hardware, software, network, and system administration.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high system availability.
- Monitor and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and security systems.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and migrations.
- Implement and oversee backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Prepare IT reports and IT asset inventories.
- Provide technical support to end users and management when required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of: Windows Server & Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Network Administration (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall), Backup & Disaster Recovery, IT Security Best Practices
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Relevant IT certifications are preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
·       Act as Solution Lead for the hardware refreshment project, owning the end-to-end solution design for the replacement of end-of-life network components.
·       Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions, applying in-depth knowledge of network hardware and its downstream impact on BSS and other connected systems.
·       Act as subject matter expert on network hardware and Amdocs BSS (Billing & Charging) integration, guiding technical decisions across the project.
·       Engage with multiple cross-functional teams (network engineering, BSS/OSS, delivery, client stakeholders) and contribute to decisions that span team boundaries.
·       Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate cutover/migration plans, and refine solution direction.

Required Skills & Experience
·       5+ years of experience as a Infra Architect within a telecommunications environment, ideally with a Tier-1 or major telco client.
·       Master-level proficiency in Requirements Analysis; Expert-level proficiency in Solution Architecture strongly preferred.
·       Experience producing solution architecture documentation (HLD/LLD, integration diagrams, migration/cutover plans, impact assessments) for enterprise-scale telecom deployments.
·       Mandatory: Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), for client-facing and partner communication and documentation.
