Requirements :

Minimun 3 Yoe
develop and maintain scalable and high-performance backend application using PYTHON
write clean and efficient code, following the best practices and coding standards.
conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the codebase
work with docker and kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of application.
integrated third-party APIs and libraries into application ecosystem
participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
stay update with the latest trends and technologies in PYTHON development and share knowledge with the team
min 3 Yoe in software development with a strong focus on PYTHON
familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API
familiarity with version control system ( GIT )
excellent provlem-solving and troubleshooting skills
strong communication and collaboration skills
ability to work independently and in a team

Software Developer (React Native)

Position: Software Developer
Placement: Onsite – Jaya Wira Manggala’s Head Office ( Cikokol Tangerang )

Overview :
We’re looking for a software developer to join our digital product development team, focusing on expanding our ERP and HRIS systems from web to mobile. The ideal candidate has strong experience in full-stack development and is capable of taking ownership of mobile app development using React Native, integrated with our existing backend and web ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the mobile version of the company’s ERP and HRIS applications using React Native (Expo or bare workflow).
- Collaborate with the IT Supervisor to integrate APIs, authentication, and data flow between the mobile and web versions.
- Ensure synchronization and consistency between web and mobile user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to UI/UX improvement ideas to ensure smooth usability for internal users.
- Collaborate with non-IT departments to understand business processes and translate them into reliable features.
- Maintain proper documentation of code and deployment processes.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in React Native Software Development.
- Proficient in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs or microservices-based backends.
- Expert in React.js / Next.js (is a mandatory).
- Familiarity with Vue.js (also a mandatory).
- Strong understanding of state management, navigation, and component-based architecture.
- Able to work independently and deliver production-ready code with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-departmentally.

- Passionate about building digital systems that improve business efficiency.
- Proactive problem-solver who can identify technical challenges early.
- Collaborative mindset — able to work closely with both technical and non-technical staff.
