TapTalk.io is looking for a Back End Developer to join our growing team in West Jakarta!
If you are passionate about software engineering, love to solve complex problems, and want to be part of a collaborative and open environment, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
- Work closely with PMs, designers, and cross-functional teams to build impactful apps.
- Design, build, improve, and maintain data APIs & backend systems.
- Share your ideas freely we value innovation and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong skills in backend engineering & database management.
- Experience with Golang is a big plus.
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts, design patterns, and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Self-starter, experiment-driven, and collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (preferred).
- Willing to work from office in Jakarta Barat & bring your own laptop.

We’re hiring for the following roles:

1. Growth Manager
Scope (selected):
- Lead GTM execution to grow qualified leads, activations, and conversions.
- Own growth experiments (A/B tests), funnels, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to hit revenue targets.

Requirements:
- 4–6+ years in growth/marketing/revenue ops or similar.
- Strong data skills (funnels, cohorts, attribution) and experimentation mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

2. Senior Odoo Functional
Scope (selected):
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, POS, etc.).
- Run discovery, gap analysis, solution design, UAT, and go-live/hypercare.
- Write functional specs, train users, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements:
- 4–7+ years as Odoo Functional Consultant (Community/Enterprise).
- Solid business process knowledge and hands-on Odoo configuration.
- Clear documentation, UAT, and client communication skills.

3. Product Owner – POS
Scope (selected):
- Own POS product vision, roadmap, and backlog (web/tablet, printing, KDS, loyalty, etc.).
- Gather requirements from customers and internal teams; write crisp PRDs/user stories.
- Prioritize outcomes, coordinate with engineering/design, and ship iteratively.

Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in Product (preferably POS/Retail).
- Strong UX sensibility and ability to turn ops pain points into features.
- Familiar with metrics, discovery, and agile delivery.

4. Odoo Functional – Internship
Scope (selected):
- Assist discovery, data prep, configuration, and testing for Odoo projects.
- Prepare documentation, how-to guides, and basic UAT support.

Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (Information Systems/Accounting/Industrial Eng. a plus).
- Fast learner with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in ERP/Odoo and business processes.
