Role Title: Middle Level - Backend Developer
Industry : Technology Company (focusing in eCommerce and digital ecosystem)
Working Arrangement : WFH Bandung Area

As a Back-End Web Developer (Middle Level), you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side applications and APIs. You’ll collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and delivery of new features. You will be instrumental in shaping the system architecture and contributing to the technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain robust APIs, databases, and application logic.
2. Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security standards.
3. Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile development processes.
5. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers (for senior roles).
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in production.
7. Stay updated with new technologies and industry best practices.
✅ Job Requirements
For Middle-Level Developer:
1. 2–4 years of professional experience in back-end development.
2. Proficient in one or more backend languages: golang, mongodb, redis, rmq, grpc, open telemetry
3. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or similar.
4. Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with basic system design and microservices architecture.
7. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
8. Able to work independently and in a team

🌱 Nice to Have
• Contributions to open-source or tech communities.
• Experience in tech startups or agile product teams.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture or message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
