1. Project Manager (PM)
Level: Mid to Senior
Experience: Min. 2 years

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA
Familiar with SDLC concepts: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
Able to create Gantt Chart, Kanban Board, Timeline, Roadmap
Experience working with large teams is a plus

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Confident in presenting ideas and findings
Able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

2. Power BI Developer
Level: Senior

Responsibilities:
Develop Power BI reports using DAX, custom charts, data flows, data marts
Embed Power BI into HTML pages using Azure Active Directory SSO
Troubleshoot slow reports
Configure data access authorization for business users
Automate data set refresh (scheduled & event-triggered)
Connect Power BI with Data Gateway, OneDrive, SQL Server, Cloudera, or SAP BW

3. .NET Developer

Responsibilities:
Develop apps using .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL
Perform unit testing, problem solving, app optimization
Apply strong logic, OOP, and algorithm skills
Collaborate within teams and communicate effectively
Good understanding of performance tuning
