IT Support
1. Educates clients and explains features and functionality of Business software applications to support day-to-day processes.
2. Works collaboratively with clients to replicate and document issues, prioritize multiple client cases, investigate and research issues, and assists with timely issue resolution using available resources.
3. Responds to client questions regarding general software issues.
Provides telephone, email, and remote support to clients.
4. Provides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external clients.
5. Assists co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service.
6. Advances product knowledge by attending specific courses and obtaining product certifications where applicable.
7. Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
Performs other services as required.


Skills, Education, and/or Experience Required:

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Work Experience: 1-2 years of software experience in a professional environment preferred. Experience with general accounting systems, preferred.
3. A PLUS: Familiar with specific general ledger and financial statement issues such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, and depreciation schedules. 4. Must be highly organized and capable of effectively prioritizing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve difficult problems.
