#Responsibilities (As a Web React Engineer, you will:)
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Collaborate with UI/UX design team & Product team
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

#Qualifications (As a Web React Engineer, you have:)
- Having min. 1 years of professional software development experience
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux), using Javascript, CSS, and Agile method
- Experience in implementing design pattern and clean code is a must
- Experience in making or integrating API and able to debug code
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Familiarity with RESTful APIS, Newer Specifications of EcmaScript, Code Versioning Tools (Github), Microservices, Service Worker, and PWA (Progressive Web App)

Requirements:

- Tech Stack

o Kotlin & Springboot for backend. Legacy apps on NodeJS

o React and Flutter for Frontend

o DB: Postgresql and MongoDB

- Platform

o Cloud Platform: GCP

o App platform: K8s on GKE

o Devs need not know infra implementation details, but must be comfortable with the CICD process, using pipelines to deploy their app, looking for logs etc.

o Gitlab CI and Harness for CICD; Helm charts for K8s deploy

- Soft Skills:

o Agile Ways of Working

o Devs expected to understand requirements and not just be “Give me task, I’ll code”

o Good communication, especially needed for remote working using [Gather](https://www.gather.town/)


Good to start with mid-level devs (4+ years of experience, or equivalent competency). It's also good to have a blend of some senior developers in that. So it's probably good to have a mix like at least 2-3 seniors for every 10 devs.
