1. IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Purpose :
* Bridge the gap between business users and solution architects and IT Developers by conducting business
analysis, defining/formulating and delivering the Apps-related solution as agreed by all related parties.
* Improve the satisfaction of business on IT services through proper business user relationship management and
obtain buy-in from end-users
* Work as part of a team to deliver appropriate business analysis to meet project requirements
* Work on medium to big project of medium to high complexity to meet project objectives on time and agreed quality standards

Requirements :
* University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, IT or other related disciplines.
* 2-3+ years proven experience in business requirement gathering or application functional design.
* More than 3 years solid experience in life insurance / pension / group insurance / general insurance / business /
finance / technology analysis in large scaled projects.
* Previous project management experience and testing experience will be a credit
* Strong interpersonal skills and proven organizational negotiation and influencing skills.
* Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills along with being

2. Mobil Developer

Qualifications;

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Min. 2 years of Flutter engineering experience or Similiar Position
• Fluent in Dart programming language.
• Working knowledge of several architectural approaches including clean
architecture.
• Experience using Flutter BLoC.
• Experience in writing maintainable and testable code, including API design, unit
testing and UI testing techniques.
• Experience in maintaining applications with a high user base via crash analytics,
remote debugging and continuous integration.
• Highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s own work.
• Experience for maintain local database in Mobile Application.
• Ready to be Placement Setiabudi (South Jakarta)

Responsibility;

• Drive and participate in technical discussions with other engineering teams.
• Write code that is reusable, scalable and testable. Make sure products are delivered
on time and with high quality.
• Collaborate with QAs to make sure our app releases are always worthy of five star
ratings.
• Review code from other team members, provide constructive feedback and strive to
raise the engineering bar.
• Take initiative to improve the codebase proactively. Propose and set better
engineering solutions for the team.
• Be responsible and responsive during on-call duty. Able to debug and troubleshoot
production issues.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and knowledge sharing to peers.

3. Back-End Developer

Qualifications;

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Min. 3 years of experience in web application development using Java
• Experience as full stack engineer is a plus
• Ready to be Placement Setiabudi (South Jakarta)

Responsibility;

• Develop back-end services (web API, scheduler) accordingly to requirements and
technology standard.
• Deploy tested back-end services and ensure the functionalities work well.
• Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to back-end services.
• Monitor and ensure availability of back-end services.
• Write high-quality, clean and maintainable code and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with other developers, technical lead, UI/UX designer, QA, product
owner, tribe leader and other stakeholders to build applications.

4. Front-End Developer

Qualifications;

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Min. 5 years of experience in dynamic, responsive and cross-browser web
application development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience as ful stack engineer is a plus.
• Ready to be Placement Setiabudi (South Jakarta)

Responsibility;

• Develop client-oriented web applications with dynamic, cross-browser and responsive
UI, accordingly to requirements and technology standard.
• Deploy tested front-end web and ensure the functionalities work well.
• Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to front-end web.
• Monitor and ensure availability of front-end web.
• Write high-quality, clean and maintainable code and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with other developers, technical lead, UI/UX designer, QA, product owner,
tribe leader and other stakeholders to build applications.

5. Web Developer

Qualifications;

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Min. 3 years of experience in web application development using Java.
• Ready to be Placement Setiabudi (South Jakarta)

Responsibility;

• Develop web application accordingly to requirements and technology standard.
• Deploy tested web application and ensure the functionalities work well.
• Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to web application.
• Monitor and ensure availability of web application.
• Write high-quality, clean and maintainable code and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with other developers, technical lead, UI/UX designer, QA, productowner, tribe leader and other stakeholders to build applications.

6. Product Project Manager

Qualifications;

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Ready to be Placement Setiabudi (South Jakarta)

Responsibility;

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Define and manage project scope and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties
are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Develop a detailed project plan and comprehensive project documentation.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant
information.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful
project elements.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the
impacts on schedule.
