Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills:
- Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet
- Python 3 (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib)
- Desirable skills:
- SQL
- Basic accounting
- Basic statistics
- Must be willing to work overtime (paid) when required.
- Must be willing to come to the office when required.
- Preferably has worked with sales and accounting data.
- Willingness to be placed in Bandung is a big plus.
Job Descriptions
- Work closely with Data Analyst Supervisor.
- Assist in coordination of resources available to clients.
- Obtain, organize, and archive all data related to accounting, sales, and advertisement and extract relevant and useful metrics/indicators.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales report as well as data interpretation to report to clients to be utilized for strategic decisions.
- Some specific examples:
- Clean transaction data from CRM.
- Data reconciliation between transaction data and cashflow data.
- Conduct a review related to individual or team productivity of sales executives and sales force through obtained data.
- Utilize metrics in order to analyze and evaluate effectiveness of promotion programs to find out its impact on sales target achievement.
