It's evidently clear that baningi abantu that are still experiencing issues with bookings and are confused about the process.

Out of over 3874 votes across Facebook, Insta, Twitter and Telegram, more than 75% voted yes they are still confused how the booking process works

So I'll ask u-Andile to do a Live Video session where you can ask questions and he can answer them for you regarding bookings and other questions that you may have.

Just a reminder when making a booking tomorrow (1 October at 9am), here are a few tips *PLEASE READ CAREFULLY*:

*ONLINE BOOKING*

- Try booking online if you can on https://www.lloydradebe.co.za/appointments this way you get instant confirmation and there's no need to wait for a response from our team...the email that you receive is the confirmation you will need on the day of your consultation.

- When booking online, try not to book the early dates like 10 October or 12 October because everyone is always trying to book an early date...rather, try booking a later date like 27 or 28 October or even 11 or 12 November...we will not leave Krugersdorp until the days are complete.

- Try not to book using the same email address for someone else because that creates a duplicate and sometimes invalidates the 2nd booking.

*WHATSAPP BOOKINGS*

- Make sure that you send your message on WHATSAPP ONLY at 9am exact...not before 9am...not at 8:57am...at EXACTLY 9AM...and ONLY SEND 1 MESSAGE.

- If you make a mistake on your message, like incorrect email or you forget to put in the dates...DO NOT SEND A CORRECTION MESSAGE...we will ask you for that information when we reply to you and we see that the information is missing.

- If you do not receive a reply on WhatsApp by 8 October 2023 at 5pm then consider your booking unsuccessful.

- You DO NOT have to book for a follow up but arrive before 11am on days that we are working.

1. Please note that Follow Ups in Gauteng will only start next week on the *17th October 2023* and not this week.

2. We have extended the bookings to next week Sunday 15th October 2023 as we've moved back the bookings and will still take from the WhatsApps that have already been sent last week so even if you have replied to the WhatsApp we will still look into it.

Durban: Adams Mission

We decided to extend our date in Adams Mission to until 4 February 2024 which adds 3 more weeks of consultations, Ocean and waterfall cleanings.

The good news is, you DO NOT NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING. You can just arrive any day between Tuesday and Saturday for a consultation. Just make sure that you arrive before 11AM.

Ocean Cleansings will be every Saturday in the evening until 3 February 2024.
Waterfall Cleansings will be every Sunday until 4 February 2024.

Gogo Zama will also be doing Ocean Cleanings in the mornings until 3 February 2024. Details can be found on her Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp channel
