Back to our runners. $GAS and $Ralph had a solid pullback, but I’m not buying even at these prices. The key in this game is patience. Don’t try to play every move and every dip. Life taught me this: first strong pump, then dump you can buy if you have a thesis. That’s where jeets and early cheap buyers exit. Buying the 2nd or 3rd dump though -> straight-up suicide 😦

⚡️Something interesting though. Chats are actively shilling $COW. People say the dev is a respected guy in the HL community, so it might turn out decent. I haven’t done full research yet, but friends say it’s worth watching.

Just remembered a service that actually gives you money back. On Solana, every token account requires a small SOL deposit called rent, around 0.002 SOL. Once the token is sold or sent, the account can be closed and the deposit reclaimed.

If you traded a lot, aped into shitcoins or simply never cleaned your wallets, you might have SOL just sitting there, locked in old accounts. The money is yours, you just forgot about it. Definitely worth checking old wallets.

I personally pulled a couple SOL from a bunch of old wallets. Small thing, but feels good. Turns out Solana was saving my money 🥳

🚨 Trove — first rug of 2026 💀

If you were even slightly active in the market, you definitely saw the $TROVE ICO. $20M valuation, “the first PerpDEX for collectibles, RWA, stocks and everything else”. Sounded juicy, people aped hard, FOMO was maxed out. Hundreds of KOLs were pushing it, so instead of a $2.5M target they easily raised over $10M.

But the classic red flags were obvious from the start. Anonymous team, product only on testnet, zero clear tokenomics, zero info about TGE. Sale on their own website, oversubscription format, no guarantees whatsoever. At this point, closing the tab was already the best move.

The ending was fast and painful. Around $11M raised, TGE happened, and the token instantly dumped -90%. The team drained all liquidity from the pool. Oversubscription funds were never returned to users. Bagholders, welcome to reality.

A separate episode - the story with Arcane Gems. One of the community leaders invested around $100k via a “private” link with a 25% discount and shared it with his community. At some point he realized something was off, started digging, and aggressively pressured Trove, demanding refunds.
In the end, part of the funds were returned to other KOLs, part to himself, and the rest he promised to use to compensate users who bought through his link. The situation is still ugly, but when you’re a public figure and take responsibility for other people’s money, risk is always there. Big respect for not disappearing and actually taking responsibility for his community.
