Jesus did not forgive anyone that was not remorseful over their sins. The two men on either side of Christ during His crucifixion was a "good thief" and a "unrepentant thief". One went to heaven upon his sorrow for his sins and the other went to hell, and the Bible tells us to forgive one another as Christ has forgiven us. Forgive those who are sorry for their sins against you and rebuke those who are not (Luke 17:3-4). It's the nonsense that we are to take abuse and not judge those among us that has ruined us. Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 5:13 to judge those among us and expel the wicked.
