— Still did not have time as yet!
— Will install it when I install Linux Mint 21.3 as soon as it is released, which is expected before Christmas 2023!

Before I opened the files directly from @TELEGRAM, then I tested it again on the downloaded files, which can be edited without a work-around as they are editable, but obviously the files on TELEGRAM, cannot be edited, as they are READ-ONLY (as was then correctly indicated by LibreOffice !).
